Fit Fusion- It's like a personal training session, but with a group of awesome people! Challenge your body with a mix of techniques from many fitness genres- weight lifting, yoga, interval training, kickboxing, cardio, Pilates, energy work and more! The focus is on building lean muscle, losing fat and building endurance and flexibility. This signature class is suitable for everyone, as the moves are easily modified to become more or less intense as needed.
Yoga- This class is for those individuals who want to maintain their yoga practice with a focus on moving to the next level. We use traditional sun salutations, varying asanas (poses), and build inner strength while giving space to more challenging poses. Having some background and knowledge of the basics is helpful- but everyone is welcome.
Yoga 101- Are you new to yoga? Curious about the practice? Rochelle will break down the poses, the breathing, and generally de-mystify the very beneficial practice of yoga. This class is awesome for beginners and those who are looking to maintain and deepen their practice of moving, breathing, and finding stillness.
Zumba!- is a Latin inspired cardio dance workout that uses music & choreographed steps. The workout is watch and follow and the moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on. Two left feet? Don't worry about it; you'll still burn up to 1,000 calories while having a blast! This class is great for all ages and levels.
RIPPED- Resistance. Intervals, Power. Plyometrics. Endurance. Diet. This class combines high cardio, weight training and mixed martial arts to form a non- plateau, high intensity workout. Have a lot of fun, burn a lot of calories, get ripped.
Low Impact Strength- Are you new to fitness and looking fro exercises to increase your strength and flexibility in a safe way? Do you want to get fit without having to jump around or get up and down off the floor? This is the class for you! This class is great for beginners, seniors, and people with injuries and limited mobility. We use light hand weights, resistance bands, and a chair to improve your balance, posture, muscle tone and flexibility. All of the exercises can be done standing or seated; there is no floor work in this class. And remember "no matter how slow you go, you are lopping everyone on the couch."
STRONG by Zumba- Introducing music-led interval training! With most workout programs, music is an afterthought. The music in Strong is crafted to drive the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. The result? A group fitness experience like no other. Be prepared to sweat, have fun, be challenged, and get Stronger!
The Inner Piece- Start your day off with happy mindfulness. This class combines guided meditation with energy work and low impact movements derived from Qi Gong, yoga and Pilates. This class is a blissful, calm experience for all levels and ages- beginner to advanced.
